Refund policy

At our store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and reliable delivery service. However, if you encounter any issue with your order, we offer a fair return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Products can only be returned in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged or harmed during delivery.

  • If you received the wrong product (not the one you ordered).

  • If the product has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its use.

  • If the product was custom-made to the client’s specifications, it cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the material or manufacturing.

Exchange Conditions

  • A product can only be exchanged if it is damaged or does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.

  • The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product will be exchanged for the same model or the currently available product. It cannot be changed to a different product.

Cases Where Return/Exchange Is Not Accepted

  • If the product has been used or opened and has no clear defect.

  • If the issue is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products that are specially designed or prepared for the customer based on their request.

  • Any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.

Steps to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp within the allowed period, explaining the issue with clear product photos.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

  3. If the return/exchange is approved, a time will be scheduled to collect the product from you.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange or compensation process will be carried out according to our approved policy.

Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not available. Instead, customers are compensated with a replacement product or a voucher to use for a future order.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, suitable solutions will be discussed with the customer.


Return Policy for Our Website Orders

We hope you love what you ordered! But if you are not 100% satisfied, we have made returns very simple.
Products shipped by our store can be returned within 15 days of receiving the shipment in most cases.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • If you received damaged/defective/wrong products, please contact our customer service team for assistance as soon as possible.

  1. Only one item can be replaced with another (one-for-one exchange).

  2. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or washed products.

  3. Products marked with “Non-returnable”, “Flash Sale”, “Promotional Product Non-returnable”, as well as free gifts, and custom-made products made to the client’s specifications (unless there is a defect in material or manufacturing) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Notes

  1. We do not accept products returned without a proper return request.

  2. Please carefully confirm your return request and products before shipping them back. We are not responsible for products that are not from our store.

  3. If the quantity of products requested for return does not match the actual quantity being returned, the courier may refuse to collect them.

  4. Shipping fees will be deducted from the total order amount.


Refunds

Refund Method

  • Your request will be processed within 5 days after we receive the return package.

  • The refund will be sent to the original payment account.

Refund Processing Time

  • Gift Card → 1–30 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → 7–15 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card → 7–15 business days

Notes:

  • Refunds are only issued for returned products. Other fees (insurance, shipping fees, COD service fees) are non-refundable.

  • If you have any issue with returns, please contact customer service within 15 days of submitting your request.
